Beverage and Catering Packages

Beverage Packages
We have four fixed price packages and a consumption package available. All fixed packages are inclusive of Tap Beer, Wine and Soft drink. Sparkling wine for toasts is also available.
We generally recommend against the consumption method unless you have either a lot of non-alcohol drinkers or a lot of guests over 45 years of age. We also do not recommend supplying "hard sprits" as part of your package (they can be purchased over the bar).
Catering Packages
We currently have six styles of catering of which three are available for Wedding Receptions: -
Set Menu
- Available for wedding receptions.
- Minimum of 30 adult guests in the Brodie Room.
- Minimum 80 adult guests in the Wisteria Room on a Saturday. Minimum 50 adult guests at any other time.
- Minimum 50 adult guests in the Willow Room.
- A formal style of catering available for lunch or dinner; served directly to your guests at their tables.
- Available as a two or three course menu.
- This style of catering represents about 20% of our formal events.
Semi-Set Buffet
- Available for wedding receptions, but not in the Brodie Room.
- Minimum 80 adult guests in the Wisteria Room on a Saturday. Minimum 50 adult guests at any other time.
- Minimum 50 adult guests in the Willow Room.
- Available as a two or three course menu.
- Our most popular style of catering. Less formal than a Set Menu but more flexible with a greater variety of food. For this catering style, the Entrée and Dessert are served directly to the guests where as the Main course is from the Buffet table.
- This style of catering represents about 75% of our formal events.
Cocktail
- Available for wedding receptions.
- Minimum of 30 adult guests in the Brodie Room.
- Minimum 150 adult guests in the Wisteria Room.
- Minimum 80 adult guests in the Willow Room.
- A stand-up event. Cocktail functions are normally held over a two to four hour period (maximum is 4 hours).
Breakfast
- Available for wedding receptions - but with a minimum of 30 guests for either Set or Buffet style.
- Minimum of 10 adult guests for plated (set menu) style.
- Minimum 30 adult guests for buffet style.
Finger Food Platters
- Not available for wedding receptions.
- Minimum of 30 adult guests in the Brodie Room.
- Minimum 150 adult guests in the Wisteria Room.
- Minimum 80 adult guests in the Willow Room.
- A stand-up event normally held over a two to four hour period (maximum is 4 hours).
- Ideal for Birthday Parties and other "less formal" events.
- Same catering as for the Cocktail style but without the same staffing requirements. Platters of food are placed onto tables for your guests to help themselves.
Morning or Afternoon Teas
- Not available for wedding receptions.
- Minimum of 25 adult guests.
- Platters of assorted sandwiches, biscuits, cake, muffins and hot finger foods.
