New Seminar Packages

Seminar Catering
Please use our Request for Information Page to request our current Information Packs which contain our current cost structure.
We provide all catering requirements for all functions held at Willow Pond. BYO or self-catering is not permitted. All Full day events must have a catering package. Guests are not to bring their own catering onsite.
All of the catering options listed under our Function Beverage and Catering Packages page are also available.
All-Day Seminar Catering Packages
For seminars and other small meetings, we have a range of light luncheon menus and full day Seminar Catering Packages.
Our All Day Seminar Packages are inclusive of: -
- Tea/coffee on arrival
- Morning tea/coffee with a single choice from the refreshment selection list
- Lunch as listed below
- Afternoon tea/coffee
Refreshment Breaks
The following options are available: -
- 100% Fruit Juice (250ml bottles)
- Soft-drink (postmix or cans)
- Tea/Coffee
- Red Bull
- Biscuits
- Cake
- Ham and Cheese Croissants
- Fruit Platter (min of 25 people)
- Cheese Board (min of 10 people)
The following are available from 10:30 am only: -
- Danish
- Muffins
- Scones with cream and jam
Package One
- Groups less than 25 people will automatically default to this package.
- Available for groups up to a maximum of 30 people.
- Lunch from Ramon’s consisting of a plated lunch served in either in the Restaurant or in your seminar room. A “limited menu” pre-order form will be given at the start of each day and collected at Morning Tea. For multiple day bookings, we will vary the daily selection.
- Soft-drink/OJ is included with lunch.
Package Two "A"
- A strict maximum of 15 people.
- Make-Your-Own Sandwiches/Wraps. We supply the ingrediants, you put it together. Served with hot finger foods.
- Soft-drink/OJ is included with lunch.
Package Two "B"
- A minimum of 25 people will be charged for.
- Lunch consisting of a selection of Sandwiches, served with hot finger foods.
- Soft-drink/OJ is included with lunch.
Package Three
- A minimum of 25 people will be charged for.
- Lunch consisting of buffet style salads and cold meats, served with hot finger foods and bread rolls.
- Soft-drink/OJ is included with lunch.
Package Four
- A minimum of 25 people will be charged for.
- Lunch consisting of buffet style salads and two hot “wet” dishes, rice and bread rolls.
- Soft-drink/OJ is included with lunch.
